A view of the "Tower" building, from whose upper floors you can get one of the better views of F.O.
The Tower Building.
Inviting staircases...
"Off Limits"
"Toxic"
Inside the "kitchen" area of the Tower.
Peculiar, rusted faucets.
Entry to the second floor.
A view to the south. Seen in the far background, the base supermarket, unfortunately completely locked up. Notice the carpet of out-of-control plant growth in front of the building in the foreground.
Another southerly view. On the far left in the background are a few of the residential halls.
ditto.
Another maintenance building.
A view to the west: a cluster of warehouses.
Going up to the third floor.
The third floor area had large windows that were broken out, creating a very bright area. On the walls were scribbled all sorts of interesting, and in fact, surrealist drawings with a highly automatic character. Definitely an inspiring place to visit and reflect.
The figure on the left reminds of a genie with her left arm transforming into a tree, and her gentals being a 2 prong electrical outlet (as a cyborg image). What is she doing to the figure on the right?
The thought of a heavy, wooden feather? Not really light as a board? A perplexing image.
A view of the only room on the 3rd floor.
This storage shed was seen from the tower, to the left of the "Toxic" storage area.
This is the real Machine Shop, surrounded by the other buildings represented on this page.
The entrance to the machine shop.
Inside the Machine Shop. A solemn place, to be sure.
Another interior shot of the machine shop.
A solitary desk, curiously positioned.
A cut lock, covered with spiderwebs. How long has it been like that?
Discarded gloves.
Ancient toilets. "Flush."
Ebony and Ivory....
"This door to remain unlocked during business hours."
A view from across the room.
